If a match is triggered, an alert with only the trigger phrase, your display name, and the timestamp is sent to the site owner. Your journal entries and full conversation are never shared — they stay encrypted and private to you.
This guardrail exists so someone can reach out or get help if a real crisis is unfolding. It is not for moderating opinions, venting, or frustration.
